1 Daily Stack

My daily supplement stack

Salt Flush
First thing I drink in the morning. Giant cup of cold water with a tbs of pink salt.
Bulletproof Coffee
Fresh coffee, local ghee brand and Bulletproof's Brain Octane Oil.
Doctor's Best Vitamin D3 5000IU
If you need to pick one supplement to use forever it should be vitamin D. Almost everyone has a vitamin D deficiency (even in tropical areas) and should be supplementing it.
Neuro-Mag Magnesium L-Threonate (Magnesium)
The second most important supplement. Do your research and choose the best type of magnesium for you. I take one cps of Neuro Mag to break the day.
LifeExtension's Optimized Folate (L-Methylfolate)
Methylfolate is good, folic acid is bad.

1.1 Upon breaking fasting (usually lunch)

Vitamin C
Still looking for the best brand. I take 1g daily.

1.2 Night

Dr Tobias Omega 3 Fish Oil, Triple Strength
Omega-3 do wonders to your body; lower blood pressure, reduced triglycerides and reduce stroke and heart attack chances. Just make sure you get a burpless brand.
Neuro-Mag Magnesium L-Threonate (Magnesium)
Supplementary dose of 2 cps.
